PARKING, RECEPTION DESK
Guests can use the Hotel’s car park free of charge. Rooms can be occupied from 15:00 on the day of arrival and our guests are kindly requested to leave the room by 10:00 on the day of departure. Our reception desk is available for guests from 7:00 to 10:00, and the rooms can be occupied during this time interval.
WELLNESS
We would like to inform you that the use of our wellness department is suspended from October 1, 2022 until up to withdrawal.
Our wellness department, which can be used every day between 17:00 and 20:00, is ideal for relaxing after an active day. After a day full of sports, everyone enjoys a good relax. The Finnish sauna for 16 persons, the steam cabin for 6 and the 10 pcs of sun loungers all help you relax.
CONFERENCE ROOM
Our Hotel has two air-conditioned conference rooms with projectors, one of which can be used in a combined way and also as two separate rooms. It is an ideal choice for smaller meetings, but even for larger presentations.

CATERING
We provide our guests with a buffet breakfast in our Hotel from 07:30 to 09:30. We also undertake the provision of individual catering for sports teams, it is possible to create a unique menu, as well.
SPORTS FACILITIES
Kisvárda and its surroundings offer many opportunities for those who want to play sports. Both amateur and professional athletes can find the necessary conditions and sports fields, and we also provide services that satisfy all needs, as well as the organization of training camps.
In the list available at our website, everyone can find the contact details of the sports track, hall and room suitable for their favorite sports. Of the listed, the New Kisvárda Stadium, the grass, artificial grass and indoor training courts should be highlighted for soccer. The soccer pitches in the immediate vicinity of the Hotel, in the garden of Kisvárda Castle, are of high quality, together with the impressive facilities of the stadium.
Bicycle lovers can also rent bicycles, but prior arrangement is required to use the service.
Water sports
For water sports enthusiasts, we recommend the 50-meter competition swimming pool, located in the area of Aquacinema Swimming Pool and Slide Park , as well as our certified medicinal water. The River Tisza and Rétközi Lake are only a few kilometres away, where you can go rowing and canoeing. The continuously expanding bike path network offers an excellent chance to get to our sports venue on two wheels. Gym
Sports enthusiasts have free access to the gym, which is located inside the soccer stadium.
